Description
The overall objective of this project was to conduct an independent assessment of the Teacher Training Centers (TTCs) and the teacher training program implemented under the SEHCDP. The assessment reviews governance, funding, human resource policies, coordination mechanisms, and training outcomes for 2,600 selected teachers, including interviews on subject-matter and pedagogical competencies of the Trainers of Teachers engaged by the TTCs.
